1:00 PM “SHOTGUN” START
Reception Dinner & Awards Ceremony immediately following tournament

$1,000 per 4-member team / $250 per single player.

4-person Scramble. Entry fee includes green fee, cart, range balls, lunch, reception dinner, beverages, Doggie Bag (tee gift) and a great time.

“Pet Pal Pass” – $30 includes:

2 Mulligans
All-Access Pass to course activities
Entry into drawing for 4 people to attempt a $50,000 shoot out. If hole-in-one is made you will win $25,000 and $25,000 is donated to OK Humane!
Entry into the hole-in-one, closest pin, & longest drive contests!
Pet Pack Goody Bag

5th Man Mulligan - $50 – Purchase an “extra player” for your team.

Great Prizes: Closest-to-the pin and longest drive will win a great prize!
Prizes for the hole-in-one contests include vehicles from Fowler Toyota, Fowler I-240 Chrysler Jeep Dodge, Fowler Honda and Fowler Volkswagen, and a men’s Rolex Datejust Watch/Stainless Steel with an 18 kt yellow gold bezel (valued at $6,975) from BC Clark Jewelers!
Reception: Following play, we invite you to unwind with us back at the club-house to enjoy the Putts Fore Pets golf tournament reception. This festive gathering features an emceed awards ceremony, prizes, and a bounty of food, drinks and fun that you won’t want to miss.
